Refund& Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every Noour purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale, discounted, or Raya limited-edition items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Hijabs, innerwear, and accessories (due to hygiene)

• Final sale items

3. Defective/Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement.

4. Return Procedure

1. Email us at noourthelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

3. Ship the item to the provided address.

4. A store credit or exchange will be processed after inspection.
